BACKGROUND:
I graduated from La Tech University in 1992 with a degree in Business Administration. Afterward, I worked in the accounting field for over 20 years before I decided to make a total 180-degree turn and open a fitness business. My fitness studio, which I closed after 5 years, opened up other opportunities and allowed me to form some fantastic friendships.
SOUTHERN SUN SPRAY TANS
In October 2013, I drove to Dallas, TX and spent an entire day in training to learn how to do airbrush tans. I came home with my certification in hand and opened Southern Sun Spray Tans the following week. This business has evolved from not only being mobile, but to having a dedicated location, as well, for my clients who would rather come to me, instead of me to them, for their airbrush tans. I’m 11+ years in and love helping young ladies and women feel beautiful in their own skin.

In 2020, as the world shut down due to Covid, I found a workout/athleisure brand that I love. After I ordered and received my first Zyia bra, I decided to give being a rep a try. Here I am over 4 years later still loving our gear. I wear it to work in the office, to work in my tanning studio, to church, to events, to ALL the things. We have leggings, joggers, tops, bras, hoodies, coats…. women’s, men’s and kid’s gear and accessories and bags.
