I was a fitness studio owner for 5 years; I am currently a fitness instructor/trainer and nutrition/brain health coach; I’ve owned and operated a mobile spray tan business for 4+ years; I have an online design store and I am a network marketing business owner in Team National, Team Beachbody & Young Living. I hold certifications with ACE as a group fitness instructor; Beachbody in PiYo Live, Insanity Live and P90X Live group fitness formats; CardioPump as a kettlebell instructor; ISSA as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition; Institute for Better Health as Brain Health Coach under Dr. Daniel Amen and Knockout Tan as a spray tan artist.
